Sustainability

The Environment and Energy team has a new set of posters available for University departments and Colleges! Posters are a great way to spread an environmental message, and the Environment and Energy website now has a compliment of sixty different posters for staff and students to use. With energy, recycling, and travel posters, as well as leaflets, maps and stickers now available from our resource bank, there’s bound to be something you can display in your place of work or study!

The new posters include:

  • ‘Play your part in the Cambridge Green Challenge’. This poster is ideal for getting people involved in supporting the University’s environmental sustainability efforts.
  • ‘We can achieve great things together’. This poster outlines what the University of Cambridge has achieved so far towards its sustainability goals and targets! The poster can be used to communicate the impact departments and Colleges have had as part of the University’s sustainability efforts to date.
  • ‘Join our Green Impact team’. Green Impact is the University’s flagship programme for helping departments and Colleges across the University improve their environmental performance. This poster is great for spreading the message and getting people involved!
  • There’s also a series of posters for Green Impact award winners to advertise their successes, from Bronze to Platinum. Get in touch with us if you’re part of a Green Impact award winning department or College and would like a copy of one of these.
  • We’ve also created some email footers you can add to your email signature to spread environmental messages.

To celebrate the new posters, we’re holding a competition. Send us a picture by 30 September of an environment and energy-related poster displayed in your office, and we’ll be drawing one lucky winner who will receive a University of Cambridge branded KeepCup!
