The Environmental Sustainability Team (EST)

The Environmental Sustainability Team, based in the Estates Division, works to improve the environmental performance of the University estate. We collaborate closely with Estates colleagues and support departments across the University to take local action and embed sustainability into everyday operations.

Our work reduces the University’s environmental impact, identifies opportunities for operational and financial efficiencies, and strengthens the resilience of the estate and infrastructure to support the academic mission in a changing climate.
