In the two years since the introduction of the University bus service, the Universal, passenger numbers have increased by a massive 49%! We hope to see those numbers increase even further as the service extends from 7 October.
Extra journeys have been added on weekdays, passengers will be able to travel until almost 10pm and buses will remain at the frequency of one every 15 minutes. On Saturdays the frequency of trips will increase, as buses will arrive every 20 minutes until the final bus at 21:46pm.
A new service on Sundays, which will depart every 30 minutes between 7.50am and 4.45pm, will be a welcome addition for the users of the service.
