Threatened bus services saved!
The Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Combined Authority (CPCA) have been working over the last month to negotiate with Stagecoach and other smaller bus operators to retain a number of threatened bus services. The University’s Sustainability Team has also provided input to the process in explaining the potential impacts of the cuts on staff.
On 25 October CPCA announced the new operators for the routes under threat, and it also confirmed that other routes are no longer going to be be scaled back. Full details can be seen here
